THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN STALLION AT RED
POND MEADOWS:   MAPLE'S SQUIRREL'S
LEGACY
"Legacy" is by Maple's Squirrel (one of the five sons of Tobe) making him a
grandson of TOBE! His dam is CD'S 38 Special (A Choco Dock mare).  He's a
chocolate/flax color and stands 14.3 hands high.  Legacy does not carry the red gene
or bay gene.  He carries one copy of the cream gene and one copy of the silver
dapple gene. For more information about breeding your mare to Legacy, call Lou
Ellen at 270-843-7467 or 270-791-9171.

Legacy has a smooth classic Rocky
Mountain gait.  You just rest in the
saddle---no bouncing!  You can visit the
Mare's Page by clicking on this photo.
Legacy is a dark chocolate color for most
of the year, but he fades considerably
during the summer due to being outside
all of the time and because of his cream
gene.  I love BOTH of his beautiful coat
colors.  It's like having two horses in one!
MAPLE'S SQUIRREL ...1997
This is a photo of Maple's Squirrel made
in 1997 with Steve Davis up.  Maple's
Squirrel is one of the five sons of Tobe
upon whom the Rocky Mountain Horse
Association is founded. Legacy is a direct
son of Maple's Squirrel which makes him
a grandson of Tobe.
Legacy has a very pretty head!  In this
photo, he's looking over a gate at a visiting
mare hoping to get better acquainted!

is very intelligent and eager to please!
