WHAT PEOPLE SAY........

RPM'S SQUIRREL'S BLACKFOOT is by our stallion, Maple's Squirrel's Legacy. "Legacy" is very intelligent and athletic and passes these qualities on to his offspring. His son, "Squirrel" had been under saddle less than three weeks when the above photo was made....a just turned two year old!

MAPLE'S SPANISH CREME is a three year old silver buckskin sired by our stallion, Maple's Squirrel's Legacy (Legacy carries a cream gene). In a phone conversation, Creme's owner told me that Creme had been shown twice placing second in three classes and receiving first place in two classes. In Denise's words, "Creme is awesome!" .....Denise T....West Virginia

"Squirrel has the best temperment of any Rocky I have owned thus far. He is as laid back as I guess a horse can be. You can tie him up next to other stallions, mares or geldings and he just stands there, never nickers or acts studly. He has never balked or refused to do anything we have asked of him yet. He was going through the obstacle course like a pro after two weeks under saddle, on a relaxed rein, and got second at his first show in 2 1/2 weeks under saddle in the trail obstacle. The other two horses in his division had been doing trail obstacle since yearlings, and one of them won the UMH World Championship in hand at trail obstacle last year, the other one (our horse) got 5th place at the World Show. Squirrel won the reining class that day. He will be team sorting by the end of this month. He has never had anything but a snaffle bit, no curb, on him. He is very relaxed at all times, never stiffens up, neck reins terrific.".....Regina J....Arkansas

SQUIRREL'S BLACK KNIGHT aka "ACE" is by our stallion Maple's Squirrel's Legacy out of our mare Solid Wood. "Ace" is pictured here at his first show as a two year old. He was competing against mares, geldings, and stallions from ages two to four in conformation. Ace was the reserve champion!

"Pepper Ann has been a wonderful addition to our family of horses. She is sooo sweet and is always the first to come and meet me at the gate. She is very brave, not too much will get her rattled. I think she will be super easy to train. In the six months we have had her she has learned to lead very nicely, tie, trailer, and stand great for our ferrier. I have also started some ground work in the round pen and she catches on very quickly. I have lunged her over and under tarps and she actually thinks its fun. I will start more extensive ground training this fall and hopefully start her under saddle by next fall. My trainer is a Dressage trainer and that is how Pepper Ann will start out. We will see how she progresses from there.".....Kim F. North Carolina NOTE: Pepper Ann's registered name is Legacy's Cappuccino. Her sire is Maple's Squirrel's Legacy out of our mare, Hot Pepper.
